By accessing tracerHQ (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TracerHQ provides AI driven SEO audits, Google Search Console analysis, and automated growth research. The Service connects to third party platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Plausible, and DataFast to identify revenue drivers and growth opportunities. These services are provided on an as is and as available basis.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payments and Credits

A. Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

B. AI Credits

Subscription plans include monthly AI credits. Subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle. One time credit packs purchased separately do not expire and will roll over until consumed.

C. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact support.

5. AI Limitation and Disclaimer

The Service uses large language models to analyze site data. These insights are suggestions and do not guarantee improvements in search engine rankings, traffic, or revenue. TracerHQ is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI suggested insights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Use the Service to analyze illegal content or sites.
Create multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits.
Share account access with unauthorized third parties.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
